Check-in: As a rule, we have a check in time of 3pm, but call us, we try to be flexible and ready for you when you arrive
Checkout: 11:00 am; In order to keep our rates low, please adhere to the following check out procedure: Please remove all trash from the unit and place either in dumpster or garbage can, replace the key you found in the lockbox , place extra keys on the counter, return the a/c to 80 degrees or the heat to 68 degrees, (trash removal fee $50, lost key fee of $50, failure to adhere to temperature requirements $50)
Pets (allowed at some properties):
- Must be on leash at all times
- Pick up after your pet
- No pets in the pool area
- Pet Fee ($50 non-refundable pet fee)
- $100 fee for pet waste removal if owner does not pick up after their pet (s)
Pool (available at some properties):
- Hours: 8am-10pm
- No Running
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
- No glass containers allowed by the pool or in the pool area
- Swim at your own risk, no life guard on duty
- Limit two guests per resident
Parking:
- Park in designated spaces
- Do not park in fire lanes (violators will be towed at owner’s expense)
Smoking:
- All of our units are non-smoking units
Cancellations:
- Daily/Weekly: Must give 72 hours notice or be charged for the minimum daily rental no refund of deposit, 14 day notice required for a full refund.
- Monthly: Must give 30 days notice or be charged for full month of rental no refund of deposit, 60 day notice required for full refund
Deposits required to reserve a room (minimum stay 3 nights) : Off Season: September 16-February 28 and April 1-May 15; High season March 1-March 31 and May 16-September 15
- Daily: One day’s rent
- Weekly: One day's rent
- Monthly: 1/4 of the monthly rental
Damages: While we expect normal wear and tear on our units, we may assess charges for missing items, excessive breakage/damage of items and for extra cleaning services.
