If fishing is your passion, Corpus Christi, Port A and The Island offers many different types of fishing opportunities. You can try your hand at bay fishing, deep sea fishing, pier fishing and/or beach fishing. Renting a boat for the day allows you to explore the waters at your own leisure, but if you want to get right into the fish, hire an experienced guide and take one of the many charter trips available to you. With the wide variety of fish to catch you will not be disappointed. If you go out on the water early or late, you will enjoy the spectacular views of what the Island has to offer.

Feeling more adventuresome? Try horseback riding by Bali Park, windsurfing, kite boarding, surfing or parasailing near the Packery Channel. If you are in Corpus Christi, check out the kite boarders and windsurfers off of Oleander Point. Wind, fun, and sun are never hard to find in Corpus Christi.
